How do I delete my account and all of my personal data?

Before proceeding with account deletion, note the following:

Once your account is submitted for deletion, you won't be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any content or membership.

Your account will be permanently removed. To use the Dr.HereOnline App again, contact Customer Service for assistance in creating a new account. You won't be able to restore any previous data.

After receiving your request, Customer Service will verify your identity and assist with the process, which typically takes up to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is completed.

To delete your account, use your registered email to contact service@dochereonline.com and provide the following information: Account ID, Name, and Reasons for deletion.
