Step 1: Configure backup account
1-1 Access the Backup/Restore Messages screen
Open the app, tap More, and then select Account Settings. Next, choose Backup/Restore Messages
1-2 Set up a backup account
Tap the Pen icon next to Backup account. When the Google login window appears, tap Continue
1-3 Select your Google account
Choose your preferred backup account and enter your password
1-4 Complete authorization
Please click Allow
Complete backup account setting
Step 2: Back up messages
From the Backup and Restore screen, select Backup
The backup process is now complete
Step 3: Restore messages
From the Backup and Restore screen, select Restore, and then confirm the restored information
The restoration process is complete
